Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase and once we receive the goods we will gladly refund you the value of your purchase.
If you simply wish to receive a different size, you must also email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods.*
For any reason for return, the goods need to be complete and undamaged.
The details of how to complete your return will be given via email once you have contacted us.
If your item is faulty, in this instance we will be able to facilitate a free return for you regardless of your location.
So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible, please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.

We're not a fast fashion brand. All of clothing is made to order to minimise waste and ensures we are operating as sustainably as we possibly can.
Our turnaround time for UK delivery is approximately 5 - 7 working days (Mon - Fri), 7 - 10 working days for EU delivery and 10 - 15 working days for orders to the rest of the world. Additional time may be needed for custom orders depending on the design, but we will be in touch over email if this is the case.
