We are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below;

Money Back Guarantee - as stated on our product description pages, we will happily refund any purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the garment (although we very much doubt this will be the case!). Please email us at info@goodtripclothing.com within 7 days of purchase and once we receive the goods we will gladly refund you the value of your purchase.

If you simply wish to receive a different size, you must email us at info@goodtripclothing.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

For any reason for return, the goods need to be complete and undamaged with the original packaging.

The details of how to complete your return will be given via email once you have contacted us.

If your item is faulty, in this instance we will be able to facilitate a free return for you regardless of your location.

So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible, please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.
