We are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below; we unfortunately do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you wish to receive a different size a new order will have to be placed online. Once you have received your goods, in order to make a return you must email us at info@goodtripclothing.com within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

The goods need to be complete and undamaged with the original packaging. We offer free returns within the UK.

The details of how to complete your return will be given via email once you have contacted us.

If your item is faulty, we will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed regardless of your location.

So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.
