We are more than happy to refund your goods on the criteria below;
Money Back Guarantee - as stated on our product description pages, we will happily refund any purchase if you are not 100% satisfied (although we very much doubt this will be the case!). Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase and once we receive the goods we will gladly refund you the value of your purchase.
If you simply wish to receive a different size, you must also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of the goods.*
We have extended our 30 days returns policy for the festive period. Any orders placed from 01/11/20 - 30/11/20 can be exchanged/refunded up until 31/12/20.
For any reason for return, the goods need to be complete and undamaged.
The details of how to complete your return will be given via email once you have contacted us.
If your item is faulty, in this instance we will be able to facilitate a free return for you regardless of your location.
So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible, please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.
*We hope you can understand that unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges or refunds across our custom collections. If you need to order the same design in a different size, we can do this at a discount for you. You'll just need to email us at email@example.com and we'll be more than happy to help!
